Eligibility and Account Registration

Processing Times

We process all payouts only after your KYC verification has been approved, and in queue order. Withdrawals up to EUR 1,000 are processed within 72 hours, while amounts above EUR 1,000 may take up to 7 days. Once we have processed your withdrawal, the time it takes for funds to reach you depends on your payment provider or bank. We do not charge a commission on withdrawals; deposit commissions, if any, depend on the payment system you choose.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least 1x before you may withdraw, and this requirement rises to 3x for certain payment methods and high-risk cases.
